DESIGNER
YEAR
2018
Numerous series contributed to the design of the apartment, including Komi, in the 24×120 cm size Natural version, which brings the appeal of Sessile oak to the apartment’s flooring.
For wall tiling in the living area with high visual impact, the Woods decorative tile (from the Dream series) was chosen for its celebration of nature with its linen-fibre inspired (almost pictorial) motifs, .
The bold personality of the Sahara Noir marble makes the wall tiles and counter top in the bathroom area key design features.
The bathroom was completed with Portland floor tiles, laid in the 80×80 cm size in the Hood shade. In perfect contrast to the marble effect of Sahara Noir, the Portland series pays homage to hand-worked cement, transposing it into Fondovalle’s made-in-Italy ceramics and turning this bathroom into a supremely original space channelling an alternative vibe.
The handcrafted effect of Portland cement was used to create a distinctive kitchen table.

VN Medical Clinic
A state-of-the-art clinic where beauty is the essence.
A place of precision and passion, dedicated to detail to provide the ultimate wellness experience. This is Modena VN Medical Clinic, a cosmetic and anti-aging clinic that celebrates the uniqueness of each client, offering personalised care within an elegant, inviting ambiance.Warm and sophisticated, the space - measuring about 200 m2 and encompassing the reception area, waiting room, and treatment rooms - embodies a refined minimalism in its design with an elegantly understated but still clearly visible style. It is precisely this design philosophy that led to the choice of Ceramica Fondovalle to decorate the clinic’s interiors: From the waiting areas to the treatment rooms, the ceramic slabs from the Background, Komi, and Infinito 2.0 collections take centre stage, showcasing a sophisticated aesthetic that flows seamlessly through the different spaces, creating a stunning continuity of expression.

ALEJA shopping centre in Ljubljana
The Aleja shopping centre was constructed with materials of the very highest quality. Ceramica Fondovalle was chosen to cover the interiors of the delicatessen sector of the Interspar hypermarket with concrete effect porcelain stoneware tiles from the Portland collection, in Lassen colour and 120x60 size.
Thanks to the striking patterning which resembles hand-trowelled concrete, the overall visual impact is extremely attractive. The simple, neutral colour adds value to the location, transforming the area into a small corner to be savoured with the eyes.
