Ceramica Fondovalle, which has always been committed to combining the development of new materials with evolving style trends, was chosen to convey the design language of this project. The expressive features of the porcelain stoneware collections formed a leitmotif running through the six rooms of Villa Emy, crafting a careful balance between tradition and individuality. While the strong contrasts of the stone-effect Planeto collection turn the floors in the communal areas into a key feature, Dream is the soul of the project.
Offering a contemporary slant on Art Deco, linen-inspired textures and nature-themed decorations define the Dream slabs — particularly the Woods and Garden accents. These details evoke a sense of modern elegance, with fleeting references to woodlands and gardens, evocative of hand-painted canvases. Their subtle textures lend character to the rooms, providing an artistic, sensory dimension while maintaining the practicality of porcelain stoneware. In the bathrooms, the Dream Garden and Dream Woods accents create spaces that connect deeply with the user, creating a sense of comfort and sophistication.
The refurbishment of Villa Emy was completed with the Res Art wall tiles in the Olive and Pottery tones, where the textural effects of spatula-applied resin bring a warm, richly artistic quality to the porcelain stoneware.

Private residence Torino
Located in the south of Turin's old town is the Crocetta district, home (at via F.lli Carle, on the corner between Corso Alcide De Gasperi and Corso Duca degli Abruzzi) to Residenza Carle, a residential building that has undergone a complete renovation, including a rearrangement of its internal spaces to create 21 apartments.
But a key aim of the project was to ensure maximum energy efficiency and this was achieved by adopting the most innovative measures offered by today's technology and contemporary architecture. -
bakery & hotel (BED-BIKE-BREAD)
Located in the tourist village of Csopak, in Hungary, Buborék Csopak offers a cosy place for cyclists and nature walk enthusiasts to stay all year round, accompanied by various other services (BED-BIKE-BREAD). The building was completely refurbished in June 2022 to create a location that houses not only a bakery, but also a bike shop and a hotel. The upper floor has been repurposed to provide a comfortable place where travellers can stay the night and recharge their batteries (in more ways than one!).
What architects Eszter Bertóty and Edit Móder were aiming for was to create a space that was both functional and inviting, featuring a clean contemporary design born from a fusion of Scandinavian and Mediterranean moods.
Bathed in neutral tones, the interiors are furnished with modern furniture with natural materials predominating throughout. Inside the building then, the bakery's characteristic counter, the fireplace, and the bathrooms walls are all tiled with Ceramica Fondovalle porcelain stoneware from the Res Art collection, in the Talc, Pottery and Mud shades.Res art -
ALEJA shopping centre in Ljubljana
The Aleja shopping centre was constructed with materials of the very highest quality. Ceramica Fondovalle was chosen to cover the interiors of the delicatessen sector of the Interspar hypermarket with concrete effect porcelain stoneware tiles from the Portland collection, in Lassen colour and 120x60 size.
Thanks to the striking patterning which resembles hand-trowelled concrete, the overall visual impact is extremely attractive. The simple, neutral colour adds value to the location, transforming the area into a small corner to be savoured with the eyes.

Private Residence Spain
In Pamplona, an important stop along the Way of St James and capital city of the Chartered Community of Navarre in northern Spain, Fondovalle has played a leading role in the renovation of a private home. More specifically, it is a stylish, contemporary set of apartments in which the communal areas have been refurbished using the Action series, in the Light version.
